Not all Primary Clinics have standards evaluation data for using information (via electronic media). This is crucial evaluating clinic development, upgrading status Main Clinic, improving methodology used adopts eParticipation framework with stages Areas Participation (determining main areas participation), Category Tools categories ICT support tools), Technology technologies). area limited Clinic patients who act as participants 1,308 people. 14 elements a total 33 detailed are basic assessing Application SQA website-based present results by Managers. highest average assessment answers Good (62%), Worse Poor options minimized, Very maximized. required consists software, hardware, network devices. application supported Manager easily, quickly, precisely.
